Salutes, tjones!

> 31 decembre es le festa commemorative de Sancte John-Francis Regis.
> Nasceva: 1597 @ Font-Couverte, Narbonne, Languedoc, Francia. Moriva: 1640
> dum illo predicava un mission. *Canonizava: 1737. Signification de nomine:
> Deo es gratiose. Nationalitate: francese. Patrono de: obreros social,
> specialmente obreros social medic. Profilo: *Jesuit. Parocho. Predicator.
> Establiva fraternitates del Sacramento Benedicte. Multe conversiones inter
> le *Huguenotes.

Le forma correcte pro le die es "31 de decembre".

IED habe:

        HUGUENOT
        n Huguenot;
        attrib. Huguenot

        JESUITA (-í-)
        n Jesuit ([R.C.Ch.]; also: one likened to a Jesuit);
        adj Jesuit, Jesuitic; also: jesuitic, crafty

('ille' in loco de 'illo'.)
durante que ille predicava
in predicar
predicante

Io non sape ben si "dum" es sempre usabile ubicunque anglese usa
"while". Forsan Piet o Stan pote opinar hic. Secundo le IED,

        DUM conj
        1. while, as long as;
        2. until;
        3. provided that, if only

"X dum Y" pare indicar que X occurre simultaneemente con Y, ma que --
differentemente de 'durante que' -- Y es un condition pro le occurentia
de X.

Ideas?

> Questiones:

> A: beatification, beatified
> IL: ????

Le IED habe: "beatificar", "beatification".
Le participio passate de "beatificar" es "beatificate".

> A: canonization, canonized
> IL: ????

IED: "canonisar", "canonisation".
Le p.p. de "canonisar" es "canonisate".
(Tu usava le passato in le texto: "canonisava". Ma isto es un error
commun ab anglophonos, a causa del duple function del suffixo verbal
anglese "-ed".)

> Question:
>
> A: medical social workers
> IL: obreros social medic, o obreros medic social? Es importante?

Hm, io non sape ben lo que es un "medical social worker". Como un
solution, io usarea le simple inversion del expression anglese, viste
que:

        workers - obreros
        social workers - obreros social
        medical social workers - obreros social medic

Obs.: Iste desiro es extensibile a totes! ;^)
