Hello

I am a student at Concordia University in Montreal and I am
currently researching a paper on the effect of the Internet on
Interlingua and other auxiliary languages.

I am investigating such questions as:

- How has the Internet affected the auxiliary language
movement?

- What are the benefits/drawbacks of the Internet for the
auxiliary language community?

- Has the Internet encouraged the spread of English as an
international auxiliary language (IAL), in place of languages
conceived for that purpose?

- What is the role of IALs in today's world?

Any responses. comments, thoughts related to this project are
welcome!

Sono studente all'Universita Concordia a Montreal e sto facendo
della ricerca sugli effetti dell' Internet sull' Interlingua e
altre lingue ausiliarie.

Sto investigando domande come:

- In che modo l'Internet ha influenzato il movimento di lingue
ausiliarie?

- Quali sono i vantaggi o svantaggi dell'Internet per la
communita di lingue ausiliarie?

- L'Internet ha incorraggiato l'uso dell'Inglese come lingua
ausiliaria internazionale (LAI), al posto delle lingue
concepite a questo scopo? Cos'e il ruolo delle LAI nel mondo
d'oggi?

- Risposte, commenti o pensieri su questo suggetto
sarebbero grandemente apprezzati.
