E io apprendeva un nove parola: 'rada'. Io recognosce le
nederlandese 'rede', que on anque ancora vide in toponymos como
Goedereede, o Goeree, que dava su nomine anque al insula
Goeree-Overflakkee. Esque iste parola nederlandese veni del
francese 'rade'? No, le francese forsan es del anglese:

https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/rode#Middle_English:_ride
ultimemente con le mesme origine germanic que le nederlandese:
https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/rede#Etymology_2_3 .
