KB, Hamjatta,

The problem with the Famara Jattas is that they've hung around idiots for so
long that they take ALL Gambians to be dim-witted. After reading Hamjatta's
expose', even snail-huggers (mentally) can see the Budget Speech for what it
is: a spurious essay that attempted to assuage Western critics by promising
Good Governance and Decentralization (contrary to the govt's expressed
intention,) even while the Secretary is unwittingly admitting that the govt
has failed in virtually every sphere of public admin. The childish semantics
he played with the Gambia's ranking by the UN Dev. index is a case in point.
I just don't know where this breed of Gambians came from? Thanks to y'all
for shooting down his phantoms...

Saul.
