Brother,

You surelly wouldn't call sex between a 60 yr old woman and a 20 yr old boy
paedophile when an 18 yr old is an adult? So many of them are respecting
that part of the law - you won't pin them down legally.

On the other hand, it is their men who go to places like Thailand to do what
the law here does not allow them. But even there - they are being watched
these days by the Thailand government - although not to the best success.

These shameless women also admitted that it is a bit difficult for them to
do that kind of thing here - not because it is not allowed, but because it
is still "traditionally" embarrassing besides.

No young boy of that age would have anything to do with them - this is where
economy is playing a very big role. Everybody is almost economically
indipendent - the problem is where to get the satsifying sex (especially
when they reach 40) Here, even an age difference of 3 years is a problem!!

In general, I think they are treating each country differently - depending
on the type of conditions that allow make it easy for them to do this - and
yes, I agree with you, our governments should be held responsible.

Best regards,

Nyar'Onyango
