This is the million Dollar question, if you ask me. Unfortunately, none of
those we all normally endorse as being good choices based on what we know
about them of their qualifications, has been forthcoming in defending
themselves when fired and the impression given that they have been
incompetent, corrupt or abused their possitions. It would therefore be very
difficult to pass any judgement as to who is at fault, based on the above.
