D7,000.00  sounds a lot. I do not think the MP's need to be given a free car
either. They are asking for a loan if I understood it well. They are asking
for a loan that will be directly deducted from their salaries.
They went over board by asking for certain privileges, which I am not sure
what they were thinking of.
