Mr. Jallow,

As we all are in the process of contemplating the grim consequences of the downward spiral unfolding in Gambia, it could be more than welcome if you, as per the subject of your posting, would suggest what could be done. 
Also, I am unclear as to what you mean by your declared neutrality. Could you kindly explain that?
