Thank you Justicesam. Thank you very much for sharing with all of us,latest information on things that are shaping issues and events on the ground in Banjul. You are also doing a good job.
Well as far as FJC accepts being a conductor of Yaya's bitterness towards the people then she must think again.Mistakes must be allowed BUT not always.Just exactly as our culture teaches us while growing ie conserving decency through standards and values is much better than riches or power in falsehood and a thick layer of lies.
The Gambia is our old mother, she is currently admitted at the intensive care unit. Why? because she was being tortured for the past years, after having been sentenced to hard labour by an unfair judge called history. The Gambia has been jailed in a cell called Alliance for Patriotic Re-Orientation and Construction-APRC.How can a democrat think about Re-Orientation as far as patriotism is concerned? Is that not closer to the teachings of Stalin's literature? Such political parties are usually based on doctrines and hidden dogmas.Anything political can never be part of a prayer book. These people are looking through clouds while hanging futuristic googles on their necks.Thats not a serious way to lead.
So justicesam critics like you are an asset for the land keep it up.

I'm happy that you are reading between the lines. FJC is conveying a message from her boss Yahya Jammeh- that they are prepared for the worst in the event NADD emerges victorious. FJC was indeed in Niani buying votes alongside her brother Balla. This woman is a devil . Thanks once again for your observations...

Presidential tour postponed again Written by Pa Malick Faye Monday, 13 June 2005 The president’s annual meet the people’s tour which had been rescheduled to commence today, has been postponed again till next month.
According to official sources, the tour will now take place in early July; and the official date for its commencement to be announced later.

This is the second time this year, when the tour had been postponed. It was first slated for May, but postponed as it coincided with the African U-17 championship, which was hosted and won by The Gambia.

The tour, a constitutional mandate, gives the president the opportunity to see developments in the provinces and hold discussions with the rural folk.

Has this ever happened during Jawara's era? Is this not another clear indication that The Gambia is going through serious security and political issues? How can anyone even think that the U-17 match made Jammeh postpone the second leg? If there was no security related issue Jammeh would have ended the Meet the People Tour at Bakau stadium and then that would have coincided with the u-17 winning match!

Sure he would have.

In a seperate incident Students were warned by Jammeh's lady spokes person to compare themselves with their counter parts in Ivory Coast.Look at what Justice Sam wrote in his latest email after what took place in Nianija.Does FJC's speech not send a signal here? That Yahya losing 2006 means civil war?
