KB,
Let us only hope that the opposition Allaiance were able to ensure that the
electoral registers were not compiled and printed by the IEC in
collaboration with State House officials. Also, If these were printed by the
National Printing Corporation, i am still apprehensive that the names of
many foreigners esp those from the Cassamance region of senegal would appear
on them to vote mostly in the Kombos and Fonis accounting for the greatest
concentration of the population. I also hope that the UDP-led coalition
would make sure that their agents are represented during the transportation
of ballots to counting centers and do not allow only the securrity forces to
do so. The riskiest point for fraud is this point.
