Hello All,

Let me start by apologising to all who felt offended when I mentioned LIARS here the last time. As I still maintain, the reference was not to ALL Gambia-L-ers but simply to those who were making outright lies. All the same, I apologise to any who felt upset at my choice of words.

Now, to Yero Mama. Your sources were quite correct. The conversations between President Jammeh and his opponents yesterday were excellent. They were recorded and they will be soon uploaded onto the Jammeh2001 website in real-audio format for all the world to listen to these men of stature as they spoke.

In the meantime, you can all listen to the President's speech made late last night by going to the Jammeh2001 website and clicking on the link to the speech. It is in REAL-VIDEO format.

In addition, you can also get a complete breakdown of the elections results and the comparisons with 1996 elections results by going to the Jammeh2001 website where a complete analysis of the results by Divisions and Constituencies are provided. The areas have also been color coded into Green, Yellow and Blue demarcating what areas were won by what party's candidate.

Finally, in the spirit of reconciliation and fraternal co-existence that is currently flowing throughout the Gambia, we at the Jammeh2001 Campaign Team wish to extend an olive branch to all our detractors on the Gambia-L.

May Allah Bless Us All.
Long Live the Republic of The Gambia.

Fatoumatta Jahumpa Ceesay.(Mrs.)

Subject: Thanks to Allah and bravo!!! the opposed and the opponents!

Folks!

Its pleasing to be victorious but more pleasing to see an honourable
opponent concede defeat! The political maturity that has been manifested by
our politicians is indeed worthy of emulation.I was glad to hear that Darboe
called to concede defeat and ofcourse i was very happy to hear that H.E
President Jammeh reciprocated the move on the spot! The call(according to
sources) was well received and they spoke in a very friendly and brotherly
way! Jammeh and Darboe i say BRAVO!

The aftermath of this elections, should be a "terrain d'entente!"
between the opponents and the opposed. After all both share the same identity
ie:"I AM A GAMBIAN"
Please lets see through the transparent window of reality and be
together.I wish everybody a very good beginning of the coming new year!!!
