  Failing methods, coup plotters tortured after talking...... 
  There is no doubt in our minds that President Jammeh is using bad cards in this dirty game. Immediately after the coup Jammeh was quick in rounding up those he suspected well before March 21st. He also jumped on those who know too much about him. All that Jammeh was working on is to create suspicion, fear and distrust amongst Gambians before starting a new campaign. He has partially succeeded on that. Jammeh was never ready to listen to advises when he started the endless arrests. With speed and anger he made sure that anyone who was or is a threat to his existence faced bitter days. 
  
  JAMMEH WITH HIS LIES....
  The coup is nothing put putting puzzles together. 
  As time goes on Jammeh, will realize that more forces are hiding behind the scenes working to expose his lies. Haven’t the facts started coming out? First President Jammeh said Alieu Jobe was named as his would be successor. Jobe was beaten, tortured, electrocuted, kicked and left bleeding on a bloody stretcher. This is why the MRC refused to admit him. 
  Today we have seen the same President Jammeh saying Sheriff Dibba was the one named by the coupists? as his successor? Abdoulie Kujabi was also named in the streets. Jammeh sees him as a rival who wanted to succeed him. President started feeling this way when he met a convoy of Kujabi's supporters escorting the former NIA boss through Nyambai forest. It is funny because Kujabi was transferred the following day! 
  Later on he was fired then forced to face the Paul commissions! 
  Jammeh is really confused. The inconsistency is too 'bright' here. It is too clear for any sane or smart mind to miss. 
  How Jammeh fooled the whole world? 
  Torture after the statements were made...... 
  Gambians have been seeing the arrested and alleged coupists revealed a lot. President Jammeh's own killers have started revealing the hidden tactics. They have said this..."We were asked to wait until after the testimonies before torturing the detainees" This looks like a fact. On the GRTS audio visuals some of the detainees said they were not forced to confess. Our sources said President Jammeh was pleased when he received the tapes! These tapes are what Jammeh would use to defend himself anywhere in the world, according to what he believes....This is where guys like Bora Mboge helped Jammeh in this circle of deceptions and severe torture. Those who resisted going on TV to say the contrary i.e. Daba Marenah,Pierre Mendy,Abdoulie Conteh,Abdoulie Kujabi are the ones the CHIAKAS tortured to coma. Of course this did not save those who went on TV either. Both sides received the clubs,blows,electric shocks of the NIA and CHIAKAS. 
  Why President Jammeh closed the Independent.
  Closing the Independent paper falls under the same method. 
  Prior to coming home from Mauritania President Jammeh had methods of wickedness, ready to be delivered. This is why the airport was sealed and run way traffic lights were switched off as he was landing. This is why those of us who think too deep see a lot of flaws in this coup story. Revelations have exposed Jammeh's plans. Jammeh knew there were disgruntled officers who were not happy about the way things were going. He therefore used this occasion to cook up a story against those officers. President Jammeh had his own list of people to be assassinated. This is why he arrested Daba Marenah.He never wanted any professional method on this. All he wanted was to go ahead and kill those he suspected. Everything about this coup is based on suspicion or paranoia. 
  On the ground which paper would have supplied us with authentic and accurate stories about the coup other than the Independent? The Independent was black listed when dictator Jammeh came down with his evil plan. There are civilians helping him consolidate this plan without remorse. These people hate anyone who wants to send Jammeh out of state house more than Jammeh himself hates the former. 
  They do not want change because change threatens their fat salaries and fat bellies. 
  Red Cross should not stay quiet over this... 
  Red Cross The Gambia branch should not be so passive during this era of torture and mayhem in our country. If the Red Cross could stand against Sadam Hussein, Charles Taylor and others then why spare Jammeh? Let them visit the Mile Two Central Prisons or conduct thorough investigations about these detainees. Some of us are witnessing serious things on the ground. The other day I took a room at Palm Grove waiting for 3am. This is the hour of the CHIAKAS. It is too bad! Sure these visits happen late at night. This is painful.
