How to change the direction of the local print and online media outlets.

There are times we see stories we don’t like. Other times, we see stories we like. We are all humans, quick at judgment when happy or sad about news stories or articles. I personally think, the barrier can be broken. Once in a while, give your weight by sending a commentary or two, thus patronizing one and another. If you should comment on a story you agree with, you can as well comment on a story you disagree with.

If you just fold your hands and expect things to change by them selves overnight, it is not going to happen. Human leaning has a lot to do with patronizing one and another. I believe I have seen many people doing that. Suntou Touray is one person that showed all that he is married to all without any barrier. Others need to join in. If everyone stays where they belong, then loneliness is likely to get them stranded. It is also a sign of division.

We can complain all we want about individuals or particular outlets. That’s not going to solve our problems. If we join in to give our honest opinions, we are likely to change the ‘mindset’ [courtesy of Obama] of the many others we disagree with. There is nothing more humble than socializing. It might as well be ok to associate but associate with truthfulness, not alienation of individuals or groups.

Thanks,
YJ
