Fellow Gambia-Lers,

Some six months ago I posted an article titled The Fisherman's Tale to the list. Many readers expressed satisfaction and appreciation of the article and I was duely encouraged and reminded to post the second part of the article as I had suggested that a sequel would follow. But circumstances I could not totally control partly made immediately doing the sequel rather difficult. However, constant reminding from a friend made me promise to do the followup while staying home after my family's return from Gambia two weeks ago.
Because It has been six months since the first part, I have decided to repost even that part to make it easier for readers to follow the thread of argument into the second part. But I would however, want to sincerely apologise to all for the long delay in posting this second part.

Sidibeh
