As always, you have made a valid observation about George W. Bush vis-a-vis
his anticipated foreign policies if elected President come November
especially regarding Africa.  Hence, it is important that those of us with
the voting rights here in USA vote for Vice President Al Gore or atleast
send Mr. Bush a protest letter in advance of elections outlining our
positions as far as the statement he made about US strategic interest in
Africa is concern.
