I usually stay out of the arguments on this list but, as a long-time
suscriber, I have to comment on the issue of re-suscribing Matarr Njie.
Setting aside party politics and other differences, I don't think any
individual has remotely approached the level of viscious and pathological
insults that Mr. Njie obsessively directed at both the community and a
number of innocent individuals.  If the list once again is allowed to sink
to that level, I for one will un-suscrcibe and I would not even consider
recommending this forum to other people interested in Gambian affairs who
would thus get an extremely skewed view of this community.  Ylva Hernlund
