Brother Lamin Manneh
You are truly well informed about the electoral process and deserved to be a
specialist on election matters

I have a simple and maybe dumb question

How can you as an ordinary citizen verify that the persons voting are infact
Gambian (not refugees from Sierra leone or Liberia-as we have a lot of them in
Banjul lately?
Suppose they show up with legitimate voting cards and you want to verify that
they can indeed vote (as a concerned citizen) , How can you do it without
confronting the authorities???
