Guys,

When you read something on the list that turns your stomach (like those
coming from slimy slime "nurse manager" Bojang. I don't know where the heck
this animal comes from), try the following:

1- hit the reply button
2- type all that comes in your mind - i mean anything! All ratings allowed
(Y, PG 13, R, X, XXX, NR, MA...all)
3- read through what you wrote a couple of times, may be three or more,
depending on how hot you are
4- take a deep breath and hit cancel, delete, escape; whatever. But do not
send.

It works folks, it works. This is great pyschotherapy for all those who
cannot afford to just delete without reading through the scum that appears
on the G_L.

Aferall Gambia_L is a good therapy for some of us.
