More info regarding the kick-back scheme in which the BUTCHER'S behind has
been revealed, once again, and the fate of those who were found wanting in
their loyalty to his lowness.

SOFFIE,
There have been three sackings in the civil service.
The Managing Director of NAWEC Alagi Conteh has been sacked for requesting a
bribe for a contract for a generator in which he implicated the president a
a party and needed a kick back to finance his coming elections.  He is
replaced by Batchi Baldeh who was a former M.D.  Lamin Sanneh formally,
Director of Works now Deputy Perm sect of works was also sacked for signing
as a witness in the contract.  Ousman Janneh Master of the Supreme Court was
also sacked and replaced  by Rubent Phillot, a retired civil servant without
any background in law. Phillot is a dead wood.
