A fair way out of this gloomy picture for Africa, is a well-structured and
meaningful MARSHALL/AFRICAN/REPERATION PLAN for peoples of African ancestry.
If Japan and Israel can benefit, developmentally/financially from such
endeavors, why not Africa. Africans,  have to get reparations first, before
we forgive and forget.
