Judging from the results announced so far, it appears the Moron of Kanilai
have got a legitimate indisputable mandate to be at the helm.

So far, there is no cry of foul play from within the country or abroad and
this augurs well for the future. I hope the Butcher will be confident enough
this time to lift the aura of intimidation levied by the NIA upon the people
and the abrogation of the other obnoxious decrees still in force so as
foster an environment of tranquility and development.

However, Judging from the Butcher's misdemeanours in the past does not point
to any change of behaviour by him thereby depriving of the chance to
redeemed himself during this term. I hope he proves me wrong this time.

Thanks
Mohin.
