Aunty Jabou, you couldn't have said it any better that's why I am fearful that his trial will be a show, I sincerely believe that they'll get rid of him thru dubious means and claim something else.

The crux of the matter is not whether he should be tried or not, but that it
be conducted correctly under international law so that, most important of all,
the truth about his aiders and enablers is also revealed to the whole World.
No hasty maneuvres to shut him up by quick illegal trials and prompt execution
so that these very people who told the World that Saddams' tyranny and
weapons are the reason they destroyed Iraq when the truth is far from that can
continue to pull the wool over peoples' eyes.
Even tyrants have to have justice if we are to protect our own, especially in
a situation where the accusers are equally as guilty if not more for the same
crimes that the tyrant is being accused of.
However, brother Habib seems to have adopted the position of agreeing with
everyone's opinion on both sides of any issue.
