This is the question we are tryin to determine also. There is also another
constituency whose votes totaled 105%. Another point that Tombong raised in
answer to my request for a definition of voter eligibility was that we should
refer to the IEC and the Constitution. Voter eligibility was chnaged to
include those voters not on the list a few hours before the start of the
elections.

Can anyone on the list or perhaps at PDOIS assist us with answers to the
question of voter eligibility as described in the Gambian Constitution? Does
the Constitution allow for changes in eligibility as was done on the eve of
the elections?
Assistance from anyone will be greatly appreciated.
