I don't remember Sophie making any reference to Saul Mbenga collecting funds for Waa's release either. I do however remember Joe asking Saul or anyone from NDAM to step forward and collect funds and when no one stepped forward he started collecting monies from those who were willing to part with their hard earned dollars or pounds. I'm just glad someone is collecting since this is the most important thing, not the person who is collecting.
