Comrades, and fellow peace-loveing Citizens of African and of the world,

This self-imposed "President" and International Terrorist has no life right now because I can surelly see history repeating itself. In 1978, Amin makes a mistake about Tanzania, turns on his own military, threatens, massacres and puts our Citizens in firing squads - but above all, a radio station was also started in a foreign country to fight the dictatorship - a few months later on, he runs to Lybia (one of his best friends then), as the power of the people became mightier and mightier than the gun each day - eventually enabling them to reclaim their God-given rights and freedom - and so has it also now come to pass.

Museveni has no life right now - his one foot is already six feet under and/or six miles out. He should therefore not try to play tough by addressing his soldiers in that manner.

Museveni's agents on this net or any other net should tell him that it is time out for him - GAME OVER BOY!!!

We know too that like it happened after Amin was overthrown, his murderous wing too will be massacring our people as they run away - they will go to our people with the same old tricks of being one of them people and thus murder them as they express their excitement and joy over the fact that at last help has come - that at last God has remembered them, but, at the end of it all, their crimes will catch up with them.

KWAWERI MUSEVEN - AND MAY THE BLOOD AND SPIRITS OF OUR DEAD ONES AND OTHERS

YET IN YOUR LIST WHO ARE TO FOLLOW, FOLLOW YOU AND ALL YOUR CHILDREN AND ALL YOUR

GRANDCHILDREN AND ALL THE PEOPLE OF YOUR BLOOD AND ALL THE PEOPLE OF YOUR HOME

AND ALL THE PEOPLE OF YOUR HOUSE AND ALL THOSE WHO DINE WITH YOU AND

ALL THOSE WHO REJOYCE AND/OR HAVE FOUND JOY IN WHATEVER EVILS YOU HAVE DONE TO

THE MILLIONS OF OUR AFRICAN CITIZENS IN UGANDA, RWANDA, BURUNDI, CONGO, SUDAN, ETC.

ISHA-ALLAH!

Nyar'Onyango

PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni has said terrorism is not an internal problem in Uganda but a deliberate act of aggression perpetrated by external sponsors.

Lt. Gen. Museveni, the commander-in-chief of the UPDF, was speaking on Saturday at the pass-out of UPDF officers who underwent a seven-and-a-half-month tank battalion training.

The ceremony took place at Karama Armoured Training School in Mubende, a statement from State House said yesterday.

"President Museveni said Kony is not the problem that generates insecurity in Uganda, but those who sponsor and encourage him to continue carrying out his banditry in the country," it said.

Museveni was quoted as saying, "Those outsiders who sponsor Kony must be dealt with before considering Kony himself." He said this task required a well-trained army.

Museveni last week warned Sudan to stop aiding the LRA rebels.

AFP news agency said defence minister Amama Mbabazi on Sunday conveyed a message from Museveni to Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir on fighting terror.

"I am here as a special envoy of President Yoweri Museveni to deliver to President Omar al-Bashir a message on bilateral relations and on fighting terrorism," Mbabazi told reporters.

Mbabazi arrived in Khartoum late Saturday accompanied by military intelligence chief Col Noble Mayombo.

At the Karama pass-out, Museveni presented prizes and certificates to the best performers.

The best overall student was Major Augustine Kyazze, followed by Captain Francis Chemo. Captain Fred Kakaire and Lt. James Birungi were third and fourth.

Museveni said the introduction of armoured vehicles and tanks in the army was deliberate and irreversible because these had assisted in defending the country's borders.

He thanked North Korea, Russia and Tanzania for assisting the UPDF through advanced army courses.

Army chief Aronda Nyakairima said the training was a success and in line with effort to modernise the army.
