Look what I found in the financial Investment boards, an advertising service
that I subscribe to. I wonder who this guy is, and is it really possible to
lease land from the government and then sell it to foreigners? Please see
below.

 Dear Sir/Madam,
We are looking for buyers of ocean front leisure home plots measuring 180m x
100m located at Kartong in the southern side of the Gambia on the Atlantic
 Ocean.

 We are requesting for £9000 for a 25m x 40m plot and £6000 for 20m x 30m
plots. The land is leased for 99 years renewable and any buyer will have a
 registered title and may build.

We hope you will guide us to purchasers or potential investors.

 Chief Executive.
