Kejau,

AllGambian, you said? Fortunately, I don't rely on rumour in order to form
my opinion. Relying on 'jottalism' is the main cause of the accusations and
counter accusations we have seen online recently. In the process so many
have lost sight of NADD's mission.

I prefer to await word from NADD but one thing that is certain to me is that
no party has a bigger representation in the executive than the other. It
just does not make sense that PDOIS for example, would have more reps than
UDP in the NADD executive.

I hope we all keep our eyes on the ball and avoid any distractions.
Ultimately, whatever a NADD alternative turns out to be, it will be better
than what obtains today.

Regards,

Kabir.

Thanks Kabir,

According to the story posted here by All Gambia, two executive
members of PDOIS ( Amie Sillah and Sam Sarr) nominated Halifa and
that Waa and Dullo Bah nominated OJ, and only one UDP member nominated
Darboe. Simple maths, shows that PDOIS have more executives members
than any other party. If this report is wrong, then how did Halifa and
OJ polled equal votes?

Kejau,

The MOU states in Section 4 C that:

"All members of the Alliance shall be equally represented in all the
organs of the Alliance."
