Comrades:

It is apparent that collective reasoning and account for reasonable assurance
on UDP finances have taken an apparent turn for the worst? What on earth is
going on with the UDP that Waa or any Gambian cannot ask for a complete audit
of the party's finances?

The party's respond to Waa was based on the "architect of boycott" strategy.
The party forgot to mention the financial scandal. Brothers and sisters, we
are no fools. It can call Waa all kinds of names, but I can trust Waa with my
money.

I thought the UDP stood for a conviction of clean bookkeeping? I thought the
UDP stood for truth? I thought the UDP was a party to trust? Well, I am of
the opinion that Waa spoke of accountability. I just cannot comprehend that a
political party that is trying to unseat a dictatorship is embracing the worst
kind of censorship on Waa.

Who has won the fight? The APRC? Who can Gambians trust for speaking his
heart out? Lamin Waa Juwara. Who do you think will come out on top? Lamin
Waa Juwara.

It will be very difficult for the UDP to raise funds externally. The party
has done more harm to itself than good.

I declare today that I stand with Lamin Waa Juwara for speaking out. I am
willing to reach out to an uncorruptible Gambian.

Naphiyo,
Comrade ML Jassey-Conteh
