Jabou culture is a way of living. You disdained the simple exercise of sharing the same toilet with the rest of us(poti cama). I could clearly remember you going to Adonis Hotel everyday, buy a drink or meatpie as a ticket to their above-Gambian standard easerooms. You never subscribed to our culture except when you were forced to, that was when the $s were finito. Jabou whatever you have been pulling here and continue to pull, whether from the religious side or from the moral-political front I am to be convinced. You started by painting a picture that is far from the truth. And in religion likewise ethics telling the truth is one of the rules to be observed. I am taking this up not because of what you have meted out to me but for the simple fact that you started with the wrong footing! I believe what you expected was for me to start by giving you a big hug and congratulating you on the good work you are doing for this forum. Well I am saying it is all one good charade. Jabou using profane language is using profane language! If you have come out clean by being yourself I would not have any problem with that, but by posing Khadija I cannot but appeal for SABARI.

There is no where in the culture that says one cannot take the initiative to welcome a new/younger one. You see that is the real Jabou. Always superior, always better, never coming down to the ground level, always above. Let us take some 'time out'!. After all this is not about you and me, but a larger agenda, that needs getting focused and practical. That was why I forwarded your groundnut appeal, without heeding it coming from you.
