BambaLaye,
Assuming that the gentleman started his practice in January 2000 until
his appointment as SoS around 2005(?). Given there are 4 1/2 working
days a week in the Gambia, about 250 days in one year and 1500 working
days in 6 years, that is without a break for Tobaski, July 22, Koriteh
and annual gatherings at the Kanilai Farm, the good Dr have in his own
words performed at least:

2 Caesarians per day
2 Evacuation of the uterus per day
1 vacuum deliveries every 3 days
1 episiomy repairs per day
1 Bilateral Tubal legations (BTL) every 3 days
1 appendicectomy every 5 days
1 Intra-uterine Contraceptive Device Insertions every 3 day
1 Manual removal of placenta every 3 days

You call that un-impressive?

Malanding
