The Regional Director for World Health Organisation in Africa Dr. Samba Ibrahim has called for an end to foreign aid in African countries.

Dr. Samba who is in the country to attend the World Food Security Summit says Africa is a very rich continent that shouldn't rely on foreign aid.

He says Africa should use its natural resources to meet its health needs.
