Mr. Dampha:

As far as the Vote Counting procedures is concerned, the IEC has decided to
do it at the constituency level. So there will be about 40 or so counting
centers throughout the country. This information was conformed to me a few
days ago by a reliable source in the opposition. Unless there has been
other developments since then that is it.

Like you said, I am also very impressed with the way the Alliance campaign
is being conducted vigorously and methodically. The people on the groung
in Gambia are working really hard and I believe their hardwork will pay off
come October 18. Ins-Allah.

As you can see in Yahya Janmmeh's utterances in his meetings (abusive
language) he is getting frustrat
ed and agitated about the lack of support
by the Gambian people who are tired of his immaturity and lack of foresight.
