As the dust settles on Thursday's elections I need some answers.


1. During the campaign we read reports of people presenting hundreds of voter cards to either parties as evidence of their support. What does the constitution or election law say about people collecting voter cards? 

2. Several times we got news that the IEC and the parties could not agree on vote counting, number of counting stations and registration list and voter eligibility. I need to know how and when decisions like which register of voters is THE accepted register. In other words is it lawful for the IEC to be announcing new election rules hours before the election?

3. Is their any rule regarding political "gifts' to supporters  and blackmailing of opponents. That is, what does the constitution or election law say about candidates "donating" milling machines, tractors, cars, thousands of dalasis on the campaign trail? Or candidates saying "if you do not vote for me, your kids will never enjoy free education"?
