Many a time dishonest "leaders" hide behind this umbralla to subject
innocent citizens to unspeakable horrors, the international community have
no chioce but sit on the sidelines and watch! Because legally, every nation
must take care of her own problems! This the other ugly side of
independence! This is to me like legal domestic abuse!! The UN is at the
moment wrestling with this issue.I contend that individual right should take
precident over national sovereinty, what you think?
Koffi Anan, peace be on to him, is concerned about the wellfare of
national integrity but what should the world community do in cases of
massive "international domestic abuse!!" Should African countries
join in forming an all African peace keeping Force to forster Democracy?
The hard question is "empetus" which African state will spear head such an
endeavour given the nature of their own domestic structure and that of their
"leader" friends. When it is all said and done takeaway all the spelling
errors and bad grammar, what Africa needs is not heartless
interlectuals but feeling humanbeings who have the odacity to face her
problems from their hearts inspite of their weaknesses and humaness!
              sincerely
