Joe and Kejau
No you did NOT loose me; you Just did Not
get me. I did not say anywhere in my reply to Suntou that armed
struggle is not an option in fact I would argue I am stating the
contrary couched in Diplomatic language for even in WAR there is
Diplomacy (after all when and if it happens it is within the same
House). I would have thought my Touray Kunda fella would back me on
this one; any ways to reinforce my point I read somewhere when the
question was asked ' How shall freedom be defended?' Answer- 'By arms
when it is attacked by arms; by truth when it is attacked by lies; by
democratic faith when it is attacked by authoritarian dogma. Always,
and in the final act, by dedication and faith.' In one of my
submissions on all things jammeh, I did say Gambians are amenable to
All Options in pursuit of Our Freedom. But Let US be CLEAR here, we do
NOT want a repeat of what happened in July of 1981 in desperation.
Shall we keep Our Powder Dry for jammeh We are All in this Together.
Respects to Joe; as for kejau you just keep trying me. Thanks,

Farang.

Farang, you lost me some where. Some diplomat once said that war is an
extension of diplomacy. In other wards, you cannot loiter in idle
diplomacy to eternity as the misery of a people doubles daily. At some
point, the next logical steps must be taken, or we are forever stuck on
stupid. Africans watched while Rwandans were massacred; we saw the
recent carnage in Mali, Syria, and around the world, all because the
world stood and watched. Gambians spent twenty years under this
monster, and at the rate we are going, Yaya can do another 30 years on
us, easily. Why is an armed struggle not an option if that is the last
resort? I see we have danced around this for too long. All these
nations that we reside in went to war to be what they are today. Do we
know something that they did not know? And so, when Gambians are quick
to stampede on any thought that remotely mentions an armed struggle,
what do they really want? We certainly do not live in the world
of Forest Gump, where life is like a box of chocolate. It is very
confusing to have undergone the last 20 years with Yaya with not end in
sight and for people to not even think combat is an option. If Gambians
have another 30 years to deal with Yaya, they just need to say that,
for that is what the current pace suggests. I know some have concerns
that if they come outright to call for Yaya's head that may be the end
of their visiting Gambia as long as Yaya is there, but we cannot have
our cake and eat it too. Yaya has no problem calling for the head of
any, why should I loose sleep calling for his head? It is either we are
not serious about change or we do not want to confront our reality.

> Suntou,
> I hope with all the desperation we are not encouraging a
> repeat of the 1981 reckless accident. Key operational words to put
> into consideration- strategy, tact, poise under pressure and
fierce
> determination to succeed far from Desperation. Thanks.

> Mr Sanyang, Koukoi's new found fame is indicative of the
desperation at
> play. I am totally against Senegal extraditing Koukoi to the
Gambia.
> However, Koukoi cannot be the front for our struggle. With
information
> coming from his close comrades, it is not encouraging. However,
the
> lack of progress in tackling the system is reaching the apex of
> madness. We will accommodate anybody, be they mad men or chancers.
> Apart from Koukoi's human right issue, I am not interested in his
> stories.
> Thanks

> this forum years ago and different print media that Kukoi is
Irrelevant
> in the Political Discuss of The Gambia. He came back to say I
should
> not Judge him because I do not know him. The little I know of
Kukoi is
> enough for me to form an informed opinion about him. Kukoi has
shown in
> 1981 his Depraved Indifference to Human Life. Kukoi like jammeh
has a
> lot to Answer to Gambian People, their actions are motivated by
narrow
> Tribal Interest and personal grievances. Here are two people who
have
> caused the Two Reckless Accidents in the political transformation
of
> The Gambia; since, etched in our collective memories. Here is my
> questions to Kukoi:
>
> 1. How is it that kukoi can go in and out of Senegal without being
> detained for what he did to the Senegalese soldiers in 1981?
> 2. How did he acquire Senegalese ID?
> 3. Is Kukoi still a Gambian?
> 4. If Kukoi's accomplishes paid their price to The Gambian Society
for
> what they did in 1981 why should he NOT pay his share of that
Price?
>
> Kukoi might not be in a position to answer these questions
today,
> but these deserve answers anytime he comes through his current
> predicaments. I wish him well for I will like to see him answer to
The
