Abdoulaye, greetings and thank you for letting us know that you are ok.  I
look forward to hearing your observations about Gambia.  Dampha, I
understand your concerns and I think there would be ample time for us to
dialogue with Abdoulaye upon his arrival.  I had discussed with him prior to
his departure that he keep us (on the L) posted while in The Gambia to
prevent what happened to Abdoulaye Swareh during his last trip.  You never
know what these thugs are going to do any minute.  I look forward to the
stimulating discussion when we hear his long version.  In the mean time,
let's press on with other matters that also affect the health of our nation.
