Jabou,

Greetings from Savannah! You've made your stance known on several occasions,
and I clearly understand your views. Rather than fence-sitting, some of us
have simply decided to focus on what matters instead of going back-and-forth
on this Jawara/PPP matter. Our common goal is to end dictatoship and
establish democracy in The Gambia!

Nothing will change my position that Jawara was bad for the Gambia, and
Jammeh is even worse. The Gambia deserves better! I think there's still
hope for a broader alliance (including all the opposition parties--PPP, UDP,
PDOIS, NRP, NCP, PDP) that could get us to the type of Gambia that many of
us envision.

Amadou SJ
