I think you are right. There should be something in the constitution
that helps to avert such situations. And I think this would help to
make the governmnet stronger. One of the advantages of that would be to
keep track of what these folks did to warrant their firing. I am sure
the president did all of those changes with good intentions, and not
all of them are firings per se. I think some of them could not have
fully do what they were nominated to do and that is why at times you
see some of them landing to some other positions later. And I think
that is the advantage of doing such changes too. The most advantage
having such in the constitution, is that we will know what kind of
misdeed some of these folks might have done so that in future they WILL
not be entrusted with another public service. And I must emphasise that
I do not think all the changes or removals are due to some criminal/dis-
service to the nation. Some might just be as I said not able to do what
they were choosen to do. And may be some of them are just because he
lost trust in them to carry his agenda which is to develop the nation.
And I think that is what we all want.
