You appear to have delivered a killer punch in your insinuation of 'criminality' by Yero. Now that such an allegation is on Gambia-L, it would not hurt to properly ventilate the issue  for the purpose of clarity, considering the implications of the insinuation of 'criminal conduct' on reputation. 
 
In the United Kingdom, social security encompasses a broad area of state assistance to eligible residents. On the national level, it includes matters such as child benefit, child tax credit, working tax credit, and at the local level, delegated aspects such as housing benefit, and council tax benefit. A claim for these and other benefits by a claimant who is not entitled may result in criminal liability for fraud. 
 
On your assertion that Yero was "arrested in Hennepin County, Minnesota, for social security fraud", I wonder whether you are using "social security fraud" interchangeably with "theft" of "social security numbers". As theft denotes "the  dishonest appropriation of property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it", I take the view that the very nature of a social security number does not make it amenable to being stolen. This is not to say that a charge relating to social security numbers could never be brought. For the sake of completeness, I am aware that more than one person may be using a social security number, even though a legitimate number is assignable only to one person. 
 
I appreciate your underlying motivation for traversing this territory, but having considered your narrative, am I right in concluding that if Yero was involved with US law in any way at all, it was a mere immigration matter? More categorically, Yero was not adjudged a criminal if I accurately analysed your narrative. A violation of "immigration status" is nothing to be ashamed of, especially in a country of entirely immigrant stock. 
 
Having made your point, I wonder if you are now willing to move on to your usual sphere of exercising the mind.

conclusion that regardless of whether I heed it or not, it still is so abstract

Further, since they will have been Haruna's parents, I consider it too

your purview. Now if you do not currently have parents to call your own, I  
recommend searching elsewhere for parents to adopt. Mine are beyond limits for 

you. This is because your background of theft and perjurious activity (You 
were  arrested in Hennepin County, Minnesota, for social security fraud. A good
 
samaritan ((She is Fula)) paid bond for you so you can have the opportunity to 
 secure counsel for your defense. When you were released, and your case was  
adjudicated, you proceeded to claim the bond amount. The problem was  that you 
replaced this samaritan's address on the envelope with your own so that 
the 
funds will come to you directly. When they replied back to you, they asked  
you to provide other paperwork to certify that the bond amount should go to
you. 
 Helas, the only person who can make that certification was the samaritan.  
When she discovered your theft, she asked you why you did that onerous  act, 
your response was not convincing to her) will malign you for  consideration to 
be adopted by my parents and family. I am terribly sorry we  will not be able 
to help you. I will not therefore attach dispensation to this  item because the

implicit allegation it contained is insignificant as to you or  other.

variously to me notwithstanding. I am sorry I did not adequately dispense  with

Ginny's query to your satisfaction. I will here refer you to the archives

Gambia-Post and should you have further questions, I entreat you to check  with

Karamba Touray in ordr that he may share other details with you that  you
missed. 
I am also sorry you were not able to benefit from the $3000.00  I pledged 
toward a national unity conference which you surreptitiously and  materially 
changed to a "Gambia United" organisation. FWIW, you lost that 
benefit after I 
did an investigation on your person and purposes. Your  background as a thief, 
dishonest fellow, and the claims in your immigration  pleadings which were 
erroneous as to Yahya, were some of the reasons I withdrew  my pledge. I know
you 
could not discern that then but I did not want to shame  you then because our 
other friends were not aware of those disqualifiers.
 
I will yield here Yero until I determine there is merit in dispensing with  
your other pending allegations. Be rest assured all of them will be properly  
dispensed with and with a view to answer your anxieties about Haruna's  
character. I know if I were'nt important in "your struggle" and
