Mr Dampha,
If they do in fact refuse to hand over, then what would you do? wouldn't it be
a cycle? Its been tried in all parts of Africa and in all shapes and forms.
The simple fact is this: 
  ... there are NO "soldiers with a difference"!!

The sooner we get this, the better for all of us!!
