Saul & Ousman,

The decision to publish the front and back pages was purely a decision of the
papers and was aimed at arresting a possible drop in sales if the entire paper is
published. The papers wanted to study the impact on their sales before going for
the eventual full publication. This is the trend anyway and the papers are
already considering publishing in their own site.
