This is the crux of the matter. Ebou has two things he is  trying to
accomplish in my view, placate Jammeh  by trying to blackmail  and use scare tactics
on the organizers of the effort to form and fund an opposition coalition for
the 2006 elections by dubbing them terrorists and he  thinks everyone will run
for cover if he says that. The talk of reconcilliation is the second half of
that and is meant to lobby for non-prosecution of both the APRC regime and any
other gulity persons who have stolen from the poor Gambian people.
The only problem is that this is not the land of make believe.
