So even if things are what you`re saying they should be, it is still grossly misleadind for you to say that Parliament is to be dissolved in less than 5 months. Just accept the fact that you liped before thinking. Why should you find it  so difficult accepting fault?

So how can Parliament which was in elected in January 2002 be 
dissolved before runing a five year term? 
Does parliament have to be dissolved in a presidential election in 
The Gambia? Please try to understand the technical wording of the constitution

Mr brother the life span of this parliament is october/ November. The section you mentioned stated on the day immediately preceeding and that power to dissolved the parliament vested on the head of state. As the presidential election is in october this parliament will be none functional come october/november.
