    Musa Drammeh, a former soldier of The Gambia National army has alleged that journalist Deyda Hydara was murdered by the administration of President Yahya Jammeh. He vowed to further spill the beans in days to come.  Drammeh ,  who was  not comfortable to declare his place of residency for security reasons,  has sent an open letter to The Gambian leader asking him to release LT.Landing Sanneh and also to apologise to the families of late LT.Almamo Manneh and Corporal Dumbuya for "falsely accusing them of coup plot." Mr.Drammeh threatens that failure of which, he will let the cat out of the bag. He also reacted to our damning editorial against the Navy.  Below is the unedited letter of soldier Drammeh.   Dear your Excellency sir,
   Do you think frankly and honestly that there is peace in the  Gambia? Do you think peace is only absence of arm conflicts?
  Do you think you love the   Gambia?

  Your Excellency Answer to my questions frankly is negative.
  As from the time you took power though I was a teenager by then but I could remember what I experienced in the days of the king of humanity Sir DK JAWARA   whom you are really not comparable to. I have never heard of such evil acts like what is the order of the day now.

  Killings students lawyers journalists politicians and even own minister and you still insisting not to compromise the peace in the Gambia. Where in this world   a government kills its own minister
  You said you love the Gambia and laid down your life for the Gambia Then where do you keep your love for the Gambia when killing the heroes of the Gambia.

  No body should be blame for the killing but you as you are the very responsible mastermind. Any who cannot say you are the killer should keep quite as he or she is afraid or looking in to your eye for the truth. You have said it   many times .You stood in front of the whole world that you will put people in hell, bury people six feet deep. Now that you did what you have promised and people asking an investigation. The only investigation left is that of ALLAH and you will face that sooner or later.

  People blame ever body in the army for this evil acts they could be right but not every body in the army carry out such acts. It is always a shame for the Army to carry out such acts but those evil men in the army will one day or the other regrets their deeds. You cannot put all the men in the army in your evil force as there are men who love not only The Gambia but their people as they are not like you who love the Gambia but not the Gambians.

  The people you are killing are quite better than you as you kill them because they are great and have done great thing for the Gambia and for the entire human race but for you, you are only known, only when you took power. You have no national or international record that you could be proud of much more the Gambia as a nation

  Your government will denounce the killing of my MR HYDRA but you know the reality to be frank enough you know the names of the people who did the killing and other evil acts that not body sponsor but you your Excellency. The head of the police is stupid and un honest they will only mount an investigation verbally but will never do what is required to get the killers and the root of evil as those are stronger then them. The only people the police can trace are those who oppose, insult or tell you the truth.

  Your Excellency those killed have lost their lives for nothing but please stop the killing and the hardship you are putting on the Gambians people. Let the Gambian people enjoy the peace they are blessed with well before you are born to earth
  The three bullets that killed  Mr Hydra could be one for you, one you Zenab and one for mariama as MR Hyrda has a family even greater than your he has some who call him husband and others who call  him dad like how Zenab and mariama call you respectively

  Finally I would please like you to release Lt Landing sanneh and also compensate the families of the late Lt Almamo Manneh and Cpl Dumbuya. As you clearly knew that these people did not attack me at the Central Bank I will give you up to December 2005 failing to do so though it will be a shame but I will let the cat out of the bag to the whole world as if not you but your government and your evil forces know who attacked the central Bank and the game you wanted to play on the Gambian and the entire world.

  Regarding the story The Gambia losses millions of dalasis in naval corruption scandal quote Most of the junior and senior officers of the navy driving cars these days. They owned houses and healthy bank accounts our nation stands to loose millions of dalasis. If corruption is not weeded out across the board. Some will tell you if Yahya is stealing who am I not to steal. Two wrongs cannot make a right .Jammeh stealing our national coffer doesn’t justify such arguments. We expect public servants including the army to leave a good legacy in the event of any of change of government end of Quote.
  It will be very unfair to point finger any junior officer or all the senior officers in the navy. I was in the navy for three years and know the daily in and out much better .It is true that almost every day the Gambia is loosing if not millions of dalasis but many fishes.

  Which department or society in the Gambia is not owned by Jammeh?? Jammeh owns every part of the Gambia even our lives and homes as he kill or jail who ever he feels is a threat to him, use  our money how he likes it. Jammeh grips and control the army more than more any other department. No one can operate a deal with jammeh`s approval. Jammeh  some senior officers are agents of fishing companies and any time the nave goes on patrol those companies able un touchable and even the are arrest mistakenly an immediate order for  release  come from jammeh or some time they are informed in advance that the navy will be on patrol and should not be on the Gambian side.

  Assan sarr was always  oppose this evil when he was Deputy commander and this is why I was surprise when he serve too long as the so call chief of defence staff. Assan is not part of the evil system as he is a professional soldier. He have to be crazy on the evil soldiers but they are stronger than him.
