Dampha, with all good intentions, I would like to disagree with you that Blair's move was  to snob the Gambia. I am sure you will agree with me that these heads of states work on a scheduled basis, some of which had been planned months in advance. Blair was on a scheduled travel, and like most other countries in the region, he had not planned on visiting the Gambia. For anyone to portray that as a snobbish move or as a message is indeed a mistake. Let’s take it for what it is.
