"Mr Manneh,

UDP was very aware of the high migration rate of Kiangkas
to the Kombos. Infact the party arranged and paid for transportation for
about 500 of such urban dwellers. They were all ferried to their various
villages a day before the polls. The problem for the outcome of the election
lies squarely with those voters resident in Kiang who decided to exchange
their franchise for D25. The more than 1000 voters who did not vote
determined the outcome. The migrant Kiangkas did their duty admirably"

You kept on saying that there were more than 1000 voters who did not vote in
Kiang and I do not know where are you getting this numbers from. Check the
statistics I posted.

Once again:

KIANG EAST CONSTITUNCY:

Mr. Mahawa Cham - APRC 1784 VOTES
                                        (64.29% of votes cast)

Mr. Bakary F. B. Jarju - UDP 991 Votes
                                        (35.71% of votes cast)

Total number of Registered voters 3224

Total number of votes cast 2,775

Total number of votes not cast 449

The APRC won by 793 votes.

PEACE
