Gassama, let me reassure you that I am not losing anything, especially my
mind. Yes! I remember when you were Kebba Jobe you sent us that mail. Did
that mail give us ‘concrete figures’ on the foreign exchange we earned in
this industry pre-1994 and post-1994? You said I could ask if I wanted
concrete figures. I have asked you several times. Do you have the figures?
Simple as that. You to not have to go berserk and start digging Kebba Jobe
postings; especially ones that are NOT responsive to the matter at hand i.e.
the foreign exchange earned in the industry. I will refresh your memory by
quoting you what I asked you yesterday. “Now, I want Gassama to tell us in
terms of numbers the huge ‘strides’ we made in the fishing industry. How
much foreign currency did we earn pre-1994 and how much are we earning now?”
I hope you get it into your thick skull this time around.

Moving on. I almost laughed off my chair when I read your tirade about my
statement that I do NOT give ideas to the mental midgets running our
country. You are so hilarious. Are you all right? I hope you have sobered up
by now. I always tell you to give yourself sometime after coming back from
The Bar before you read and react to my mails.

Because I do NOT give ideas to the illegal government back home that makes
me insensitive to the plight of the people? Listen to yourself. I did NOT
put my statement there for it to be missed by anyone. If you read my whole
piece (with a sober head of course) you will realize that I did NOT even
have to say that. It is obvious that I do NOT tell the mental midgets ideas
that they can use and take credit for the development of our country. I want
them to mess up so that people will get rid of them. My primary occupation
is to find out where they are messing up and tell people. I am very proud of
that. And I hope no one misses that. Believe me, if you can figure that out
(in your alcoholic brain), over 90% of G_L subscribers can figure out that
much.

Remember around election time I used to send mails talking about Moving
Forward. Therein I tried to give ideas that the Opposition can use. I will
NEVER contribute to the ‘progress’ of the Dictatorship. This by no means
suggests that I have problems with people that throw in good ideas here and
there on G_L. I am a true Liberal. I will NOT give them ideas. Others can if
they want to. Nothing wrong in that.

When you say that I do NOT give a darn about the plight of our people
(children as young as three slaughtered in broad daylight; farmers that
would toil for the whole year and have nothing to show for their sweat;
people like Dumo, abducted and illegally incarcerated) – your statement can
only bother me if it had some semblance of truth in it. Clearly, everyone
knows that these are the irrational rattling of a drunk. A mad man, a
sycophant that has a little conscience.

So, you know that people should care about the massacre of children as young
as three? If you can be upset at me for not caring about those people, I
wonder why you are not upset at the man that ordered the massacre of those
children. See how sick you are? You are upset at me for a lot lesser crime
than the cold-blooded murder of children. Then you turn around and sing the
praises of child-murderers because you are scared about your job. See why
your gibberish does NOT bother me? In the first place, not giving APRC ideas
has nothing to do with the justice denied the families of the victims of
April 10 and 11, 2000. Remember when I posted something on G_L showing the
road-map on how Yaya can be convicted for the murder of our children?
Remember how upset you were at me? I think you were also Kebba Jobe at that
time. That road-map was the sort of ‘idea’ that impacts the massacre of our
children. ‘Ideas’ about revitalizing the fishing industry has nothing to do
with the massacre of our children. Between me and you I wonder who does not
care for our children. Remember that I am the one showing road-maps to bring
justice to the families. You on the other hand, got upset because I showed
that Yaya was guilty. You also sent here mail blaming the children, their
families and the Opposition for the massacre of our children. The farthest
you have gone to laying blame on the real culprits was when you craftily
tried to blame the massacre on Isatou Njie-Saidy because in your twisted
brain Yaya could not have ordered the massacre since he was out of the
country. Gassama, you are in for a rough ride, boy.

Are you now acknowledging that people have been ‘illegally abducted and
incarcerated’? That would be a first. See how you have again shown what a
vermin you are? Remind us when you have EVER shown solidarity with Dumo et
al by simply saying that their abduction and incarceration is illegal.
Again, you are upset because in your mind I do not care about Dumo. Did you
stop to think about the fact that I might be inconsiderate, but I NEVER
abducted or incarcerated the man. We have you who shamelessly supports the
people that abducted and incarcerated the man calling me inconsiderate. You
are so funny. Gassama of all people. Gassama, who would not even acknowledge
that we have people that are illegally abducted and incarcerated in the
country. I have NEVER even met Dumo. You on the other hand told us that
Emmanuel Joof and Muhammed Sillah were your friends. When this illegal
government tried to railroad them, did people ever hear from you criticizing
the illegal government like you are criticizing me now for not ‘caring’
about people? At times you make me wonder whether I am only dealing with a
drunkard and not a lunatic too.

I know I can ‘never convince you that I give a damn’ about other people. You
are in denial. You want to believe that everyone has your same despicable
traits. I am NOT a slave and will NEVER be one. You on the other hand, are
worse than a slave. My job or my livelihood in NOT in the hands of some
moron back home that goes around dismissing civil servants willy-nilly.
Unlike you, I do NOT have to sing anybody’s praises to make ends meet. I do
NOT have to try and please our farmers. I do NOT have to try and please Dumo
and his family. I do NOT have to try and please our dead children. But it is
incumbent upon me as a Gambian Citizen to at the very least say that it is
wrong to steal from our farmers, abduct innocent citizens and slaughter
defenseless children, as young as three. None of us should expect a quid pro
quo for that. This might be foreign to you, but to some of us it is second
nature to say that something is wrong when it is glaring before our eyes,
come what may. You see something that is wrong, but are too scared to open
your big mouth unless you want to sing praises for child murderers. I don’t
want to convince you about anything regarding how you see me. Like I told
you before, I do NOT give a darn how vermin like you see me. To me, you are
like rats that need to be crushed.

I wonder what make you bring pre-1994 to the discussion. Who says I want
things to go back to pre-1994. I would have been fighting for different
things on G_L had I wanted the country to back to pre-1994. Check the
archives again and educate yourself about the battles I fight. Am I the one
hugging Jawara and telling the whole world that the 1994 ‘coup’ was NOT
justified after all? That AFPRC/APRC was all along lying about Jawara? Why
are you not upset at Yaya for taking you back to pre-1994? Because you are
wetting your pants just reading his name.

I am NOT trying to intimidate Dr. Saine or anybody for that matter. What can
be fairer than telling the man to tell the TRUTH or keep quiet if he does
not want to hear from me? Did you hear me talk about the man and his trip
before he came to G_L with that report? Did you hear me talk about other
doctors that were major contributors on G_L that are currently in Banjul or
just left Banjul? Let me tell you that I knew about these trips long before
they happened. What I promised everyone on G_L (long before I knew who was
going to Banjul) was that anybody that tells LIES about the country will be
dealt with. Period.

In conclusion, I would just point out that you stayed to your habits and
DEVIATED from the topic under discussion (Gambian Private Sector) and
instead embarked on personal attacks and spreading garbage. But, you more
than anyone else know that I do NOT take prisoners. Let’s move on.
