I agree, it would be puzzling if the Sebegalese are cooperating with teh APRC
to harass Gambians. No conclusions reached, and that is why if your read my
message carefully, I gave different scenarios that may have led someone to
conclude that the Senegalese were cooperating with the NIA and suggested that only
if those possibilities were eliminated should we consider protesting to the
Senegalese. Of course if it happended that the NIA bribed some Senegalese
customs officials none of them will ever admit it, but those who were harassed can
provide information as to whether any bogus charges were levelled at them.
