Sidi,

Congratulations to Fatima and the entire family. I am happy and proud of her,
and I know she will serve as an inspiration for my daughter Amie who has
intentions of joining the foreign service after graduation. Fatima has a
great role model in you Sidi, and i am sure she will do just great.

Jabou Joh
