Aunty Jabou

This business of appointing the likes of Sedia Jatta
Hamat Bah and Sherrif Dibba should be clearly looked
at.

Appointing Sidia Jatta and Hamat Bah as Cabinet
Ministers will have constitutional implications.
Please remember that both of them appear to be Members
of the National Assembly. Since our constitution makes
no provision for Secretaries of State to be appointed
as NAMs, how will the likes of Hamat Bah and Sedia
Jatta exceute their parliamentary activities.

With regards to Sherrif Dibba, this man is 64 years
old, should be 65 in the next 3 months. Unless the
constitution is amended, he is not suitable for public
office. Don't forget that even Judges of the Supreme
Court have to retire at the age of 65.

Finally, I agree with you that Sedia Jatta is less
likely to accept a post from APRC, that is PDOIS's
principle which I admire them for.

Have a wonderful day

Sanusi Owens
